What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations due to unsafe weather conditions are made at the discretion of Maximum Coastal Adventures, at such time there is the option of a full refund or a reschedule. For Fishing Charters and Nature Tours a deposit of $300 is collected at the time of booking to reserve your day on the calendar. No deposit is required for walking tours such as Tidal Pool Hop or Rainforest Discovery Walk. Your $300 deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to trip date, after such time deposits are not refundable.

Do I need a fishing license?

What types of fish can we expect to catch in Ucluelet waters?
Ucluelet waters are teeming with a variety of species. Depending on the season, you can expect to catch Chinook Salmon, Coho Salmon, Halibut, Lingcod, and various species of Rockfish.

Not at all! Our charters cater to both seasoned anglers and beginners. Our experienced crew will provide guidance, ensuring everyone has a productive and enjoyable experience.

How long are the fishing trips, and what are the departure times?
We offer both full-day (8-hour) and half-day (4-hour) charters. The full-day trips typically start in the morning and allow for two tide changes, while the half-day trips are usually in the afternoon, between 2:30 - 4:30 PM. However, timings can vary based on the season and specific charter availability.
